Therapist

Pronouns: they/them

Maybe you’ve been moving so fast that slowing down feels impossible. Even as you keep showing up for everyone else, shame, grief, or anxiety weigh heavy. A part of you knows you deserve space to breathe, connect, and feel more at home in yourself. Therapy can be where that part finally has room to grow.

About Kyle

I’ve spent the past decade supporting equity and restorative justice in schools and community spaces, and my roots in the DIY art and music scene continue to shape how I think about creativity, care, and connection. As a white, queer, working-class person, these experiences shape my evolving understanding of privilege and systemic harm, and how I see healing as relational and political, work that means addressing the contexts, systems, and expectations that shape our lives. In the space we build together, we’ll move at the speed of trust, adapting and responding to what will support you most.

Working with Kyle

Therapy looks different for everyone. You know your story best, and you carry the wisdom of what you need. My approach is emergent, meaning we’ll draw on your strengths and values while allowing intuition and curiosity to guide the process. I integrate evidence-based, narrative, and liberatory approaches to co-create space where your self-determination guides the path of your healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside you with care and consistency, supporting you as you move toward what matters most in your life.

Specialty

I have specialized experience in working with complex trauma, depression and anxiety, relationships and relational conflict, shame and self-esteem, gender, sexuality, polyamory and ENM, kink and BDSM, sex workers, and people affected by the prison system
