Kat Mignocchi, LMSW
Therapist
Pronouns: they/them/theirs
I understand that society can be an individualistic and judgmental place where it can be hard to get our needs met and sometimes even know what our needs are. Because of that, life can sometimes be an overstimulating & overwhelming experience. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space to unpack previous and current experiences, explore your inner world, and find what brings you joy. Together, we will cultivate a safe space that is just yours that can be a break from the overstimulating and overwhelming experiences of everyday life.
About Kat
I am a queer, nonbinary, neurodiverse therapist, who believes in creating a life around what makes you happy. For me, that means reality TV, fantasy novels, hanging out with friends, and playing with stim toys. And I believe in approaching change from a non judgemental and compassionate place.
Working with Kat
I believe therapy serves a different purpose for every person. You are the expert on your experiences and what you need. As such, it’s important to me to co-create a safe space through compassion, understanding, and empathy where you feel heard and respected.
