Pronouns: she/her/hers

I believe all healing originates in a compassionate and loving relationship with ourselves. In our contemporary society, we often lose touch with this vital bond through traumatic experiences, internalized shame, and the everyday stress of navigating oppressive systems. I work with individuals and relationships to create a space to nurture this essential connection, building a foundation for health, healing, and growth.

About Jane

Though we are whole, complex, ever-evolving beings, modern health care tends to treat us like machines, breaking us up into pieces and ignoring the inherent connectivity within ourselves, between us and others, and in the broader environment. My personal journey with chronic pain and my background as an actor, musician, dancer, and yoga practitioner have given me a holistic approach to this work. I’ve experienced first-hand the healing that’s possible when we learn the language of our bodies and begin to respond with compassion, empathy, and joy. There are so many ways in!

Working with Jane

We’ll work together to create a unique space where we can explore all of your many layers. It’s like we’re on a road trip through the varied and ever-changing terrain of your identities and experiences - and you’re the driver. As the navigator, I’ll bring warmth, groundedness, humor, mindfulness, metaphor, breath, and unconditional positivity to our journey. We’ll learn together what paths feel best to you.
