Jae Majors, LMSW
Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Pronouns: he/him/his
Everyone faces adversity in their own way. Our ability to understand our own adversity and use the tools we found and were given from our support circles empowers us to force positive change. It is not easy to stay optimistic in situations where you face challenges. I never understood how much courage it takes for an individual to seek out help when they need it until I found myself in a place where I knew I needed help. I believe therapy is truly a safe space where you can be open about things you would otherwise keep hidden within one’s self. I provide my clients the opportunity to express their feelings in a space where they can feel like they are heard and understood.
