Language is a powerful tool to express what you're thinking and connect you to others. Additionally, language helps us express what we think about ourselves, others and our surroundings. Better understanding the language you use, the subtext of that language and what that says about you will help you better understand your beliefs about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
